Meet Tracy
Tracy Biegel, L.Ac, is a mind and body wellness practitioner who is determined to shift the paradigm of what being healthy entails. She educates people of all ages on how to reduce stress from our hectic world; stress that often leads to various health issues. Through gaining knowledge from her studies and her own health journey, plus witnessing firsthand the power and impact of therapeutic nutrition and Eastern medicine, a fire was lit inside of her to spread the word about an alternative approach to healthcare. Her holistic practice, which simply means treating the body as a whole, allows her to compassionately help individuals understand their health issues, and treat symptoms and ailments in a way that prevents them from returning. Tracy's ultimate goal is to guide individuals in maintaining their health and to emphasize wellness as a necessity to thrive.
