Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture includes tiny, thin and smaller needles inserted in the face at certain acupuncture points and muscle bellies.

The Treatment:

A Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture treatment includes a very relaxing, comfortable environment laying face up. Tracy sits behind you and inserts the needles gently from overhead. The needles do not hurt. A tiny, quick pinch may occur, but not always. The needles should not cause pain while being inserted into the skin.

Rose Quartz Facial Rolling

Tracy will gently massage your face with a special crystal facial roller accompanied with an organic & light facial oil. Rolling the face releases stagnation of stuck energy that we hold onto in the face. Certain techniques of rolling aid in different ailments such as:

• jaw tension from clenching or teeth grinding

• constant frowning and squinting from screens

• overall stress relief

At the end of the treatment, Tracy can include a tutorial of how to treat yourself at home for any ailment. Crystal rollers are available for sale so you can start right away!

Facial Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a Chinese medicine technique to move stuck energy, lymph and blood from certain areas of the body. 

Facial Gua Sha treatment is similar to crystal rolling, however a light, gliding technique is used instead. This gliding over the skin helps move stuck lymph and stagnation in the facial muscles, which results in relaxation, tightening of loose skin, draining lymph, a “plumping” of the skin and improving elastin. The look and feel of your skin can greatly improve!

Facial Cupping

Tiny silicon cups are placed onto the face with slight suction along with a light & organic oil to help the cups glide over wrinkles. This technique is best used for the “smile lines” area. This is a gentle, relaxing technique that best compliments a facial acupuncture treatment.
