Work With Tracy
Tracy’s passion lies in educating others on the bountiful benefits of working with the mind-body connection. As humans, wellness should not be viewed as an extra step in our life, but rather as a concept that is fully integrated into our day-to-day.
Whether working with Tracy in her private practice or in a group setting, you will receive customized services and tools to immediately start implementing in your life, bringing you one step closer to a well-balanced life.
Tracy has served hundreds of students, helping them feel calmer during their school day or after-school program. She provides tools to help them feel their best outside the classroom and beyond.
Tracy has visited many organizations offering Group Wellness sessions for adults in the workplace. The sessions have provided an hour of calmness as well as a reset, & revitalization to their work day. She also visits many humans virtually via Zoom providing the same effect as in-person.
Working With Tracy opens the heart & mind and provides the space to learn how to use our bodies & breath to help ourselves feel better at any age and at any time.

Wellness for Students
Many students and athletes feel an enormous amount of pressure and are not equipped with the tools to handle it properly. Tracy’s health talk on wellness will provide students with a safe space to share their feelings and learn strategies to feel their best. She will educate the students on how our bodies work and how stress affects our overall well-being. She will then provide tools for their toolbox that include healthy coping mechanisms for anxiety and stress. Meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques will be introduced and practiced during each session. Tracy’s mission is to raise the awareness of wellness as: nourishment, mental health, and adequate rest. She wants to be a resource for students and guide them in the right direction towards improving their health so they can thrive.
1-2 hours interactive workshop in-person or virtual. Students may be provided with take-home information for help in the future.

"As a first-year high school football coach, my focus was to enhance the training program for our student-athletes. Through strength training and nutrition programs they built themselves up physically, but Tracy tied it all together by teaching mindfulness. In today’s hyper-connected world, our students need to be given the tools to manage stress, avoid distractions & embrace the moment; Tracy’s program offered that. She's knowledgeable, relatable and genuine in her approach; many coaches of all levels should consider it. Since our session with Tracy, I've noticed our athletes finding time to meditate and using her breathing techniques. These are tools they will carry with them not only onto the field but into their classrooms, jobs, homes, and communities. Lucky to have Tracy as an asset for our players and community and can’t wait to work with her again!” - Peter Santacroce, Garfield High School Football Coach
“As PBA President of the Lodi Police Union, I was asked by one of our members to speak with Tracy in regards to keeping our officers healthier. Tracy and I spoke for quite sometime and I must say, had a fabulous experience. I was taken back with how knowledgeable she was on health and services pertaining to Police Officers. Tracy volunteered her time and spoke at one of our PBA meetings, in which turned out a huge success. To date, Tracy has personally helped numerous Officers within our Union/PD with any pain/soreness/healing they may have from the day to day wear and tear of a gun belt. Tracy always makes herself available to help in anyway possible and we are grateful for that!”- Javier Hernandez, former President of Lodi PBA
